Our Membership Options

Available only during staffed hours. Please understand that 24 Hour Fitness is for those with full gym memberships. 

Each visitor must complete all required forms and produce a picture id.  Those under age 18 must have parental/guardian signatures.

Day Pass Gym Services include:  

Use of Tanning & Far Infrared Saunas.

Longer term day passes available for out of town guests who do not reside in Watertown or in the surrounding service areas.  Please see staff for details. 

Other Gym Services:

Hydromassage users the fee will be $8.00 for the day pass + $5.00 for Hydro Massage.

Red Light Therapy users the fee will be $8.00 for the day pass + $5.00 for the Red Light Therapy Session.

Staffed Hours: Mon- Thu: 10am to 7pm, Fri: 10am to 5pm, Sat: 10am to 1pm 

Hours subject to change- at other times call for appointments 

** Minimum age to use The Gym, Inc. is 16.

• Eligible to participate in Weekly Watertown gift certificate drawings.
• Eligible to participate in challenges & contests.
• Keep current rates on gym memberships and gym services with continued gym memberships, even if prices increase.

• Student membership is an enrolled student with current student ID in High School, Technical College or University/College. 
• A couple is defined as any (2) people who live at the same physical address.
• A family is defined as up to (2) adults who live at the same physical address and their dependent children. 
• Dependent Children are children 18 and under, OR 22 and under if they are a fulltime student.
• Senior membership is only for those 60 years young and up. 
• We participate in Medica and Humana Insurance Plans for the Silver Sneakers & many others.  
• We also participate in programs with many other insurance programs that may reimburse you based on gym attendance and gym memberships. Please stop in or contact your insurance provider to see if you are eligible for a “fitness benefit” at our 24 hour fitness facility.

• The minimum age on 24 hour fitness gym memberships & day passes is 16.
• Parent or Guardian will be required to sign all waivers and give permission for minors to use gym services.
• Memberships are not refundable or transferable. Memberships run for the full term of the agreement and after the term is fulfilled, then memberships transfers to a Monthly Membership.  Monthly memberships are regarded as continuous until a full 30 day written notice of cancellation is given. 
• Non-Members  of the Watertown area community can purchase an InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer during staffed hours for $18.  No day pass is included in the scan.
