Regular infrared sauna use has the potential to provide many beneficial health effects. One of them is improved immune system functions. Who couldn't use an improved immune system?

How it Works

Infrared therapy in a Far Infrared Sauna stimulates the circulatory system, causing the heart to beat more vigorously and blood vessels to dilate. This helps to cleanse the circulatory system and more completely oxygenate the body’s cells. Improved blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skin’s surface to improve cell health, aid in muscle recovery and strengthen the immune system by raising core body temperature.

A study by Mark Cohen of the Extreme Wellness Institute of Melbourne Australia authored a study entitled Turning up the heat on COVID-19: heat as a therapeutic intervention.

Mr. Cohen states at the conclusion of the study the following:

“ The relatively low cost and wide availability of heat-based treatments, along with multiple mechanisms of action that include both physical and psychological dimensions, makes heat an attractive option for combating viral infections. The integration of these ancient forms of treatment with modern technology may lead to a greater integration of natural therapies in mainstream healthcare, with the potential to support the wellbeing of both patients and medical staff.”(read more).
