Kim is a certified nutrition coach, specializing in hormone balancing and mindset coaching. She is also a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor and the founder of Lifestyle Fitness Coaching. Her customized coaching plans focus on biofeedback; i.e. how the program makes you FEEL. Kim combines individual nutrition protocols (no one size fits all approach here!) with compound, fat burning/muscle building workouts for maximum results. All fitness levels welcome at this group training from beginner to advanced! This group training is offered at The Gym Inc. in Watertown, SD, a 24 hour fitness facility.
