But you say I can do this myself or aren’t trainers expensive?  You can spend a lot of time trying to get the results you want on your own, but why not get a quick start this time and gather the information you need to succeed and reach your health and fitness goals.  You are worth a few extra dollars that you will spend to move towards reaching your fitness goals.
